Somatic Therapy
Hours: Monday 10-6 PM Tuesday 12-4 PM Wednesday 10-6 PM Thursday 12-4 PM Friday 10-2 PM
Somatic Therapy is a movement and breath focused approach to healing and self-regulation. Combining functional breathwork, gentle movement, bodywork, relaxation and nervous system-informed techniques, to unwind chronic tension at the root. Think of it as subtle physical therapy — where you relearn how to move, feel, and breathe in a way that restores safety to your body. Sessions are part science, part meditation, and deeply personal. This is a space to slow down, re-pattern, and reconnect from the inside out.
Soma Yoga Classes
Monday @ 6:30pm. Wednesday@ 6:30pm. Friday @ 7:30am
Pneuma Yoga classes are breath and somatic centered practices that invite you to turn inward to notice how your body holds tension, how your breath moves, and how your nervous system responds to life. Through gentle movement, guided awareness, and functional breathwork, you’ll retrain your body to release stress, move with ease, and return to a state of balance from within.

My Mission
More about Pneuma Yoga
I am dedicated to the art of helping people tap into their inner healing potential. I believe that everyone has an unlimited capacity to heal and excel in life, and the key lies within. Understanding how to nourish ourselves daily—physically, mentally, energetically and emotionally—enhances our ability to organize all our systems and manifest a hieghtend state of being. Pneuma Yoga is a method of accessing this inner power and making real, lasting changes for life. Through Somatics, Yoga, breath work, meditation, and Ayurvedic principles, I empower others to access the vibrant, fulfilling life they deserve.
