Monday @ 6:30pm Somatic Flow and Functional Movement. Experience the blend of somatics and functional movement in a deeply relaxing experience. Through Thomas Hanna somatic exercises, and therapeutic yoga you'll learn to undue chronically held, unconscious tension known as SMA, relieving pain and creating efficient, everyday motion. This class is perfect for those looking to move better, breathe deeper, and feel more connected in daily life.

Wednesday@ 6:30pm Somatic Relax & Restore. Unwind and rejuvenate with Somatic Relax & Restore, a class dedicated to deep relaxation and pain relief through the gentle art of somatic movement. This session is designed to help you release tension, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with your body on a profound level.

Friday @ 7:30am Breathe and Thrive. A class dedicated to mastering the art of subtle, mindful breathing. Inspired by the work of Patrick McKeown and Robin Rothenberg, this session focuses on light, slow, and deep breathing techniques designed to enhance your respiratory function and overall well-being. Somatic movements are paired with breathing to restore balance to the nervous system and improve overall health and well being.

Pneuma Yoga’s focus is on restoring balance within your body, breath, and mind through a blend of transformative practices. The approach integrates Thomas Hanna Somatics, Yoga breath practices & philosophy, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and more.
